This honey is the bees' knees! I use it every morning in my coffee. A little dab goes a long ways; and the flavor is "just right" spicy. I had to order the larger size jars, as I go through it quickly! A quality product, from a quality Idaho business! I also appreciate the recyclable/re-useable packaging the honey came in.

As someone who doesn't like the taste of honey, I was surprised by how much I LOVE the Original Hot Eric Honey! It was replaced my afternoon tea - two teaspoons with half almond milk and half water makes the perfect afternoon cuppa!
I tried a sample of this at a craft fair mid December and have made a cup everyday since. I used to wake up to espresso, now I can’t wait to make a chai. I like it best w barista oat milk for the fuller consistency. Yummmm
My Dad lives in Oregon and he had asked me about your product before. I told him I have tried Hot Eric Honey and really enjoy it. So, I sent some to him for Christmas. He likes a good Chai, so I sent him the Chai Turmeric. He is really enjoying finding ways to incorporate your product into his routine. Chai Turmeric with some ground cardamom and a hint of black pepper and ginger in hot milk reminds me of India. It packs a punch and makes me feel fresh
I like it for something different. It’s very good got some spice and great flavor.
My favorite flavor is Chai. It’s the perfect blend of spices and is so delicious. I’ve enjoyed being able to sample each one. My other favorite is Matcha for its earthy taste and a little pick me up. I really enjoy it all as my morning tea. Just some hot water and a scoop of goodness. Thank you for making it so easy to get what I need each morning.
I was a little hesitant to try the Cocao Tumeric Chai, but it was great. The cacao flavor is not overwhelming, so you still get the Chai flavor. These flavored honeys are all the best!
